A good beginning is half job done. Once
you plan to move, the survey is the
first step. A experienced move
coordinator will be send to your place
at your convenient time to perform a
free, in-house survey of the goods to be
moved and provide you with a
no-obligation estimate based on your
customized requirement, the size of the
move, packing material and no. of men
required and your destination details.
The move coordinator will explain you
all the details of the packing required
for your goods, the size of vehicle
required, insurance and other move
related details. He will also provide
you with any additional information you
require related to relocation process
and answer your queries. |

with the plan according to your schedule to
arrange for the packing and moving of the
household goods to the destination. |

Packing
Material |

Each move is
different in a sense that it involves varied
kind of household effects, distances, terrains
and above all, varied sentiments. We, at Express
keep this in mind and provide customized and
professional packing solutions based on your
varied move requirements. We employ tried and
proved packing standards and safety procedures
along with high quality standardized packing
material. We use varied kinds of packing
material like customized carton boxes, special
plastic and wooden boxes for crockery and
glasses, customized crating for glasses and
electronic goods, thermocol sheets, bubble sheet
for padding and wrapping, foam sheets and
plastic and steel scrapings.

Each item is fully covered
with moisture resistance strechfilm covering then
strapped to seal it. For long distance moves, each
carton box is lined with a polythene cover inside and a
strechfilm covering outside to prevent damage to the
goods due to moisture. Each box is marked with the
description of its contents and the room from it is
packed to make it easy while unpacking and rearranging.
All crockery, artifacts and other small items are
individually packed in paper and bubble sheet and then
put in carton boxes and wooden boxes to make them safe
and easy to relocate.

Inventory List |

Once all the
goods are packed and the material is ready to be
loaded in the van, a itemized inventory /
packing list is prepared of the customer's
belongings. The condition of all the goods is
noted by our move supervisor with mutual consent
and your approval, leaving no scope for
ambiguity at the time of delivery. This document
forms basis of our accountability on which we
will deliver the goods at the destination so
please recheck it before signing and any
discrepancy to be bought the notice of the
supervisor and move coordinator.
Along with the Inventory
list, a goods consignment note or bill of lading will be
given to you. Details of delivery address and contact
number should be clear and complete on the consignment
note as material will be delivered at the address
mentioned at the consignment note The consignment note
should be presented to take the delivery at the
destination.

Delivery & Unpacking |
|

Once the material
reaches the destination city, a delivery call
will be made on the contact number provided on
the consignment note. On confirmation of
delivery and destination address, the material
will be delivered and unloaded by our workmen at
the destination. All the material will be
unpacked and arranged as desired by the
customer. The beds and other dismantled material
will be refixed and rearranged as desired by the
customer.

Check your household goods
as they are unloaded. If there is a change in the
condition of the condition of the property from that
noted in the inventory list at the time of loading or if
any items are missing, it should be noted in the drivers
copy of the inventory list. Bring any loss or damage to
the notice of your move coordinator.
